This specialty Roasting Company, located in California, was started By Brian Rauch after The Quarantine Dark Ages. He prides himself on sourcing only fair trade, single origin coffee and then roasting it to perfection! The difference is truly in the beans!

Located on the other side of the country, I have chosen to work with The Old Chicago Coffee Company located in, you guessed it...Chicago! Like Temecula, they only source fair trade beans and have a complete transparency policy. Including how they are paying it forward.
